Accessibility statement
At 24 Hour Meals we want everyone to be able to use our digital service. Here we describe how our website meets the Swedish Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services (LPTT), any accessibility shortcomings on the website, and how you can report what you find to us so that we can fix it.
Description of the service
On the website you can search for products, read product information and order goods from our range. You can shop either logged in or as a guest.
How to shop online
You can add products to your cart either by visiting one of our category pages and filtering the products by your choices, or by using the search box.
To make it easier to find products you buy often, you can mark them as favourites. They are then collected in one view where you can easily add them to your cart.
If a product is out of stock, you can watch it by going to its product page and clicking the “watch item” button. Then just enter your email address to get an email when the product is back in stock.
In your cart you can see the products you have chosen. There you can also increase or decrease the quantity of a product, or remove it completely.
If you want to go ahead and buy the products in your cart, you can shop both logged in and logged out.
At the payment step you need to enter your details so that you can pay with one of our available payment options.
If you are logged in, your details are already filled in on the personal details form at the payment step.
After a completed purchase you will receive a confirmation by email.
When logged in, you have access to your complete order history and can edit your personal details.
The service is available on computer, mobile phone and tablet. You can use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation and text magnification.
How accessible is the 24 Hour Meals digital service?
We aim for the website to be accessible to all users. Although we work hard on this, we are aware that our site may have shortcomings that make it inaccessible to some. That is why we work continuously to identify and resolve them so that everyone can use our service.
To achieve this goal, we work to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA to ensure an inclusive experience.
