    Prices
    All prices are quoted in SEK, including VAT.

    Order
    In case of backorders, the customer will always be contacted and has the right to cancel the item. Backorders are shipped free of charge.
    Payment
    Goods are paid for through credit card payment on the webshop.

    Shipping
    Free shipping for orders over 499 SEK. For orders under this amount, shipping costs within Sweden are 50 SEK.

    Delivery Time
    Normally, you will receive your goods within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. If you have specific delivery requests, please email us at order24h@compass-group.se.

    Personal Data
    By placing an order with 24hmeal.se, you also agree that we store and use the information you have provided. This information will be used to maintain our customer relationship and for marketing purposes. 24hmeal.se is responsible for the personal data you have provided. If you wish to make any changes to your details or be removed from our register, please send an email to info24h@compass-group.se

    Right of Withdrawal and Returns
    Limited right of withdrawal applies (for food products). The quality and shelf life of food cannot be guaranteed if the product has already been sold and shipped once. As part of our quality assurance, it is important to ensure that our food has been stored correctly until the customer receives the product. If the product has been with private customers previously, we cannot guarantee this. If we receive food products back from customers – e.g., incorrect delivery – the items will be destroyed and will not be sent out again. This is for your safety. For the same reason, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products. Full right of withdrawal applies within fourteen days from the date you received the goods, however, this does not apply to food products and provided the item is in new condition (Distance Contracts Act). Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses. To avoid issues when you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, always contact us at info24h@compass-group.se before returning an item. It is important that you include a copy of your delivery note or a letter with your name, address, and order number so that we can identify the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

    Claims
    To claim a faulty or defective item, please always contact our customer service at order24h@compass-group.se. You will then receive a return label to send the item back at our expense. We will send you a replacement item at no extra shipping cost. If we cannot replace the item, we will issue a refund once we have received the defective item back. To be able to claim a product, you must provide/attach your delivery note. If your delivery is damaged during transport, you must report this to DHL.
